We have sourced products for some of the biggest retail and wholesale companies in the world and experience counts when sourcing the best products in China.
Why shouldn’t I just source the factory myself?
If you have a specific product in mind it is much simpler to arrange a reputable sourcing agent to find a good supplier for you. While there are many ways to source a product yourself it is very time consuming and costly.
Once you factor in all the costs of going to China such as airfares, accommodation, food etc. it will work out cheaper to get us to source your product for you. Not only that but it would take you months to find and visit all the appropriate suppliers in China for your product
How do we source suppliers in China?
There is an immense number of suppliers and factories in China and unless you have the right contacts it is literally impossible to find a good supplier at the right price… this isn’t a problem for us however. We get up to date information from our large network of contacts in China… In China it’s all about networking!
Is it necessary to visit the supplier?
Yes. It is absolutely necessary to visit the supplier prior to placing an order. This is a very important step in ensuring the supplier is reputable. There are just too many trading agents that appear as the actual factory and the only way to be sure is to visit them. The other thing visiting the factory achieves is that the supplier believes you are serious about purchasing from them on a long term basis which will directly influence the price they quote you… so you can see that visiting the factory is essential and this is also something we do for you!
Do I need Quality Control?
Factories in China do their own QC however it is simply not good enough. While you need to pay for a third party Quality Control service the cost of this will always be less than what it will cost you when something goes wrong with production.
I have my own designs… Can you source a factory for me?
Yes. We can source suitable manufacturers to produce your own designs. As a matter of fact our team are experts in this field.
What do you charge to source a factory to produce my “own designs”?
It is very difficult to quote a flat rate for this as there are so many factors involved when sourcing a factory to produce “special” designed products.

Do you arrange samples to be sent?
Yes. Once we have settled on the top three suppliers we get samples produced which we then do Quality Control on. If the sample does not meet the requirements set out by you we do not ship them. If the sample does pass our QC assessment we will organise shipping immediately.
Can you negotiate MOQ? (Minimum Order Quantity)
Yes. This is a standard service we provide as there are often problems with MOQ.
Do you negotiate Price?
Absolutely. This is a very difficult thing to do if you are not accustomed to dealing with Chinese suppliers. Negotiating price is our specialty!
Can you guarantee my order will be completed on time?
While we can’t guarantee the factory will manufacture your order on time we do absolutely everything in our power to ensure that production is on schedule. We will contact the factory on a daily basis from the time the order is placed until it has been completed. This approach has given us almost 100% success rate !
Can you do a Factory Audit for me?
Yes. If you have chosen a supplier yourself we can go to the factory and check it out for you. This is a very in depth report and it will give you a clear insight into the factory’s manufacturing standards. We can also identify if the factory is actually manufacturing the goods you intend to purchase from them.
