Your money
Most losses happen when a buyer pays in full before anyone has checked the goods. Here is where your money sits at each stage.
We verify the factory before you pay anything.
You approve the contract. The factory gets the deposit on your instruction.
We follow the run and send you photos and dates.
We check the goods against your approved sample. If they fail, the factory fixes them first.
Only after a pass do you release the balance. Then the goods ship.

Your goods also need the paperwork to go on sale. We handle VAT, packaging and electrical EPR, an EU or UK authorised representative and your trademark, alongside sourcing and shipping.

Our founders started ParcelFromChina to ship for international customers. When those customers asked for help finding and checking factories, we built CFS in 2010. Today the PFC Group runs both, with 55 people across Shenzhen, Changsha and Zhengzhou.

We take no commissions, rebates or fees from the factories we recommend. We work for you.
Every quote names the factory and shows its own price. Our fee is a separate line.
The balance is usually paid only after the goods pass inspection, while the factory can still fix problems.
You approve a written quote before any work begins, and factories are paid only on your instruction.

Sourcing and order management is a percentage of product value. Inspections and audits are priced per job. The factory price is shown to you separately.

Yes, when you check the supplier before you pay a deposit and inspect the goods before you pay the balance. Most losses come from skipping one of those two steps. We do both, from Shenzhen.
A sourcing agent finds and vets factories, negotiates price and terms, manages samples and production, inspects goods before shipment and arranges freight. CFS does all of this from Shenzhen, with offices in Changsha and Zhengzhou.
Sourcing and order management is charged as a percentage of product value, with inspections and audits priced per job. Our pricing page lists the fees and what each one includes.
Yes. We prepare goods and documents for UK and EU import and work with customs brokers at destination.
Yes. We can verify the supplier, manage production and inspect the goods without starting a new search.
Probably not. Our fee has a minimum per order, shown on the pricing page, so first orders are welcome. Factories set their own minimum quantities; we look for factories that suit your quantity or negotiate a smaller first run.
